Welcome to SHEVOV. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SHEVOV. SHEVOV operates this website and online store, including the information, content, features, tools, products and services available through shevov.com.

SHEVOV is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by you, including failed delivery, delivery delays or additional shipping charges.
Section 2 - Our Products
We do our best to display product information, colours, sizing, prices and availability as accurately as possible. However, product colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, screen settings or device display differences.
For apparel items, measurements are provided as a guide. A measurement difference of up to 1 inch may occur due to manual measurement or production differences. For printed or floral items, print placement may vary from piece to piece.
Minor product variations, natural fabric textures, slight colour differences, packaging creases or minor loose threads that do not affect wear are generally not considered product defects.
We reserve the right to update, change or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to stock availability.
Section 3 - Orders
When you place an order with SHEVOV, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) in your order. An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by us.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shevov.com. We’ll do our best to help if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel, adjust or decline an order due to stock errors, pricing errors, payment issues, incorrect shipping information, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud or other operational reasons. If this happens, we will contact you and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Section 4 - Wholesale and Commercial Orders
Our products are available for personal purchases, small business purchases and selected commercial orders.
For large quantity, wholesale or commercial orders, please contact us at support@shevov.com before placing an order so we can confirm stock availability, shipping arrangements and any applicable terms.
Section 5 - Prices, Promotions and Billing
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for an item will be the price shown at checkout at the time your order is placed.
Discount codes must be applied before payment is completed. We are unable to apply discount codes after an order has been placed.
We do not offer price adjustments. If an item is discounted after your purchase, we are unable to refund the price difference.
Promotions may be changed, extended or ended at our discretion. Whether promotions or discount codes can be combined will be determined by the checkout system.
Prices may be displayed in different currencies where available. The final amount charged will be shown at checkout and may be subject to exchange rates, bank fees or payment provider fees, which are outside SHEVOV’s control.
Section 6 - Shipping, Duties and Delivery
Shipping fees and delivery options will be shown at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by couriers, customs, public holidays, peak seasons or circumstances outside our control.
Where available, SHEVOV may use shipping services that include customs clearance, duties and taxes in the shipping fee shown at checkout, so customers can complete payment at checkout and wait for delivery without making a separate payment upon arrival.
If a selected shipping method does not include destination charges, any customs duties, import taxes, local courier charges or other destination fees charged by customs, couriers or local authorities will be the customer’s responsibility.

Section 7 - Care Instructions
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided on the product page, garment tag, packaging or care label.
SHEVOV is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, soaking, storage, handling or wear.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product names, product photos, videos, designs, layout and branding, belongs to SHEVOV or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
